Boneless pork chop marinated in tabasco & molasses. Served with bacon bleu cheese, mashed potato and vegetable.I manufactured this tonight and it had been so very good! Our lemongrass was not as clean because it must have been and I had been brief on fish sauce but nonetheless this was delicious! This may go on my supper rotation!Image credit: When
